	Podere dell’Olmo is a charming typical Umbrian farm. It is perfectly located between the medieval towns of Amelia and Lugnano in Teverina. Its superb panoramic view goes from Tevere river southward to the medieval Porchiano del Monte town upnorth. Its location is ideal to visit Rome (1hr by train) and the main touristic attractions of Umbria (Orvieto, Spoleto, Todi, Narni, the Marmore Falls and the Petrified Forest) and Tuscany (Firenze, Arezzo, 2h by train). It can be conveniently reached by TRAIN(Attigliano-Bomarzo at 10 km), by CAR(highway A1 – exit Attigliano Bomarzo) or by PLANE(Ciampino and Fiumicino airport in Rome, 1h30 minutes). The buildings of the Podere dell'Olmo have the old-fashioned stone-made external appearance but they offer all modern convenience to the guests. For those who like nature and practicing sport, a horse riding centre, a rafting centre and adventure park and various trails for hiking and biking are available close by. Pets are welcomed at Podere dell'Olmo. They can be stay in the Cave Canem (fenced area equipped with comfortable shelters). If you prefer not to cook, you may use the excellent catering service providing ready and warm typical Umbrian plates. A service of cars and vans with drivers is also provided on request.
