Check in 5-7 PM, check out 8-10 AM (for different check in/out times please contact us; if rooms are available we'll be pleased to satisfy your request) Children younger than 5 yrs sleeping in the adult bed or in a cot for free Extra beds: 10 € per day/50 per week Linen: 12€ per person (further linen changes diring the staying are available on request) Heating: on consumption (gas 4 €/m3, fire wood 12 €/100kgs) Final compulsory cleaning: The Pig House: 50€, The Casa di Ida: 70€, Whole Farmhouse 120€ (Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in good conditions included the cooking area with dishes cleaned) Extra cleaning: (when some extra cleaning is required when you leave or upon you request): 12€/ora. Weekly deposit: Pig house 150 €, Ida house 200 €, Casale 400 € (Deposit must be payd cash upon arrival and it will be used for any damage wich may occur; in case of no damage it will be refounded at check out) *()** Whole farmhouse: electricity on consumption (0,4 €/kWh)
